3. Why and on what legal basis do we process data?

We only process personal data for clear business purposes and when there is a valid legal basis for doing so.

4. Website, cookies and company identification

Technical and analytical data

We process a limited amount of technical data to keep our website available, secure and functioning properly. With your consent, we also use analytical cookies to analyse visitor numbers, pages visited, traffic sources and website performance.

Analytical cookies are only placed after you have given consent through the cookie banner. You can change your choice at any time via the cookie settings. More information about the cookies used, suppliers and retention periods can be found in our cookie statement.

Company identification via Leadinfo

To gain insight into which organisations are interested in our services, we use Leadinfo. Leadinfo identifies business visits based on business IP addresses and additional publicly available company information. The information is focused on organisations and is not intended to personally identify individual visitors.

We use this information to understand interest in our services, improve our website and services, and appropriately follow up on relevant business contacts. The processing is based on our legitimate interest in bringing our business services to the attention of potential customers and identifying potential business relationships. We have carried out a balancing assessment for this purpose.

Inspiro focuses on the business market. We do not use website data for personalised consumer advertising, remarketing or creating extensive profiles of individual visitors.

When an identified organisation meets our predefined selection criteria, we may record the company details and information about the website visit, such as pages visited and the time of the visit, in our relationship management system for business follow-up. This information is processed at company level and is not linked to an individual visitor unless that visitor has given prior consent for this.

You can object to this processing by contacting info@inspiro.nl. You can also use Leadinfo’s opt-out option directly via https://www.leadinfo.com/nl/legal/opt-out/. More information about Leadinfo can be found in Leadinfo’s privacy policy.

5. With whom do we share personal data?

We treat personal data confidentially and only share it when necessary for our services, business operations or legal obligations. This may, for example, include parties that support us with:

  • hosting, technical management and information security;
  • relationship and customer management;
  • website analysis and company identification;
  • financial, legal or professional services;
  • the performance of projects and agreements.

Service providers that process personal data on our behalf may only use this data in accordance with our instructions. Where legally required, we enter into a data processing agreement. We may also provide data to competent government authorities or regulators when required by law. We do not sell personal data to third parties.

International transfers

Some service providers may process personal data outside the European Economic Area. In such cases, we ensure that a valid transfer mechanism and appropriate safeguards are in place, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission. Where necessary, we take additional measures.

6. Retention periods and security

We do not retain personal data for longer than necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. When determining the retention period, we consider the nature of the data, the purpose of the processing, the duration of our business relationship and applicable statutory retention obligations. After this period, we delete or anonymise the data.

We retain application data for the duration of the application process and for a maximum of four weeks thereafter. With your consent, we may retain this data for longer in order to contact you about suitable future vacancies. You may withdraw this consent at any time.

Security

We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect personal data against loss, misuse, unauthorised access, unwanted disclosure, alteration and destruction. These measures include access controls, encrypted connections, restricted user rights and periodic assessments of systems and suppliers.

If you have indications that data is not adequately secured or that a potential data breach has occurred, please contact us at info@inspiro.nl.

7. Your privacy rights

Depending on the circumstances, you have the right to:

  • Access: request information about which personal data we process about you;
  • Rectification: have incorrect or incomplete data corrected;
